Vanilla Sponge - This is a very light cake which can be filled with  Vanilla buttercream and Raspberry jam

 

Lemon Sponge - A very lemony and light cake filled with Lemon Curd buttercream

 

Orange Sponge - Its a very light and moist cake which is brushed with orange syrup and filled with orange curd.

 

Chocolate Sponge - This is a chocolate heaven!!! Can be filled with Ganache, Ganache Buttercream, chocolate orange buttercream or even fudge icing.

 

Coffee Cake - This is a Coffee flavoured cake filled with Coffee buttercream with cadju or pecan nuts.

 

Carrot Cake - Using organic carrots, walnuts, raisins and oranges and lemons, this is a satisfying treat. 

 

Fruit Cake - A very rich fruit cake made with gorgeous dried fruits and nuts.

 

Mud Cakes - There are Dark chocolate, white chocolate or caramel mud cakes.This is a very dence cake which will be filled with ganache.
